- Photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate if Single or Marriage Certificate if marriage.
- Latest Residence Certificate.
- Proof of Billing (Electric Biils, Water Bills, etc.
- Special power of Attorney if applicable

- Any 1 of the following : Passport, Driver’s Licence, PRC ID.
- Any 2 of the following : Postal ID, SSS ID, BIR ID, Company ID, Voter’s ID.

FOR EMPLOYED CLIENTS
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation Information.
- Employment Contract (for OFW’s).
- Latest Payslip.

FOR SELF-EMPLOYED CLIENTS
- Business Permit.
- Audited Financial Statements.

FOR PAG-IBIG BUYERS
- Membership Status Verification Slip ( MSVS ).
|
FOR BUYERS WITH SIGNIFICANT SOURCES OF OTHER INCOME
- Photocopy of valid ID ( as applicable).
- Payment Receipts / Proof of money transfer.
- Latest 2 months credit cards installments (if applicable).
- Latest 2 months Bank Statements / Passbook.
